How Much Money Can I Make?
We know you don't want to hear this... but the short answer is: It Depends.Picture Your Profits
Are you sick and tired of working your hourly or salary job? Would you like to have more control of your time, and how much money you make based on your efforts? You can trade time for money. But there is only so much time in a day. Wouldn’t you instead want to focus on the bigger picture, while other people whom you employ do the trading? Control your destiny. Use your skills, we’ll give you the training & back-end support.
Of course, one of the most important things you want to know… how much MONEY can I make?
There are many variables for each and every client, each photo session, each event will be different. You’re in full control.
For example, you may have a session that requires 4 photographers, while others will only require 1. These can vary depending on the size of the session, the time constraints, or the session type.
If you’ve got 4 employees performing services at an event, your expenses will be higher than if you have 1 employee performing services. We’ll help guide you with analytics and our industry knowledge to make great decisions.
Each and every event has different circumstances and you, and you alone decide the details with your client.
We provide you with tools reporting so that in real time, you can view the profitability of your events. This includes our system automatically calculating the actual expenses you’ll incur for that event; staff costs, production and unit costs, hotel, mileage, free items, donated money, and more.
Each client will most likely have different order rates, different average order values, and while there may be a correlation between clients in similar areas, you never really know until you’ve actually performed services and can review the actual financials. Clients in more affluent areas are not always the best clients.

Yearbooks & Why We Do Them
There is a LOT of $$$ in this market. Look at the huge yearbook players that do ONLY yearbooks. There are even hundreds of little guys that just do yearbooks. Why? Because of the margins. They’re excellent. You’ll have first right or refusal of the yearbook for schools you service photography for. Why not capitalize on another revenue stream that’s worth potentially thousands of dollars?
